I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the lady who spoke German, was extremely helpful and polite. They even made me a packed lunch when I didn't have time for breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch. The location was convenient and transportation options were easily accessible.

For example, one staff member even made a packed lunch for a guest who didn't have time for breakfast. the hotel also has a very knowledgeable lady who speaks German, making communication easier for German-speaking guests.
The hotel may experience noise disruptions in the evenings, especially when banqueting rooms are being used for parties.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower had good pressure, and the towels were changed daily. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and offered a free map and tourist information.
Breakfast was very disappointing. The breakfast room was small and uncomfortable, with poor lighting and ventilation.

the cleanliness of the place was impeccable and made the experience even better. the packed lunch provided by the staff was an unexpected but appreciated detail.
The noise from party guests made for an uncomfortable stay in the evenings. it was disappointing that some of the younger staff did not speak English or German, making communication difficult.
